The founder

Verena Skaupy worked as an international Radio and TV presenter.

Parallely to that she started consulting in the field of career coaching.

Through her company contacts on international fairs she was booked for sales consulting. This was followed by individual and group coachings in Taiwan, Malaysia and Africa.

Then she developed Europe-wide in-house communication trainings – with the focus on the dynamics of efficient behaviour change catalysts.

As an interim manager in the Netherlands she was responsible internally for the implementation of an education department and externally for the implementation of a national standard training program.
